Club Connects Support Tool Kit Usage Terms & Conditions:

As of May 2021. 

  1. By using this system and tool, you (on behalf of the Cricket Ireland) accept that The Scottish Gymnastics Association is the legal owner of all rights and intellectual property in the tool. The Scottish Gymnastics Association is a company limited by guarantee and registered in Scotland with company number SC177815. Our registered address is Caledonia House 1 Redheughs Rigg, South Gyle, Edinburgh, EH12 9DQ.
  2. By using this tool, you accept that all assessment questions, response options, feedback, and resources provided have been done so by Cricket Ireland and are the sole responsibility of Cricket Ireland.
  3. You receive a licence to use the tool and associated materials in accordance with these terms and conditions. 
  4. You must be a registered affiliated cricket club and member of Cricket Ireland.
  5. You must only have one account to use the tool per cricket club.
  6. You must provide accurate information when registering your cricket club to use the system.
  7. You must only use this tool and resources for your clubs’ purposes. You must not attempt to duplicate, modify, disclose or distribute any portion of the tool.
  8. You must not share your login details and password to use the tool with any other club or organisation. You will take reasonable steps to ensure that nobody other than authorised users accesses the tool.
  9. You must keep a note of authorised users of the tool and ensure password details are kept secure.
  10. If users of the tool leave your club, it is your responsibility to ensure passwords are changed to keep your account secure.
  11. Any information added to this tool should not be illegal, offensive or infringe the rights of any other organisation or person.
  12. The Scottish Gymnastics Association as the owner and Cricket Ireland as the licensee of the tool cannot be held liable for the accuracy of any information added by a club or user.
  13. The Scottish Gymnastics Association as the owner and Cricket Ireland as the licensee of the tool each have the right to terminate your use of the tool should you breach these terms and conditions.
  14. Your access to this tool will be withdrawn at the end of the licensing agreement between The Scottish Gymnastics Association and Cricket Ireland.
  15. While this tool provides guidance to you, The Scottish Gymnastics Association as the owner and Cricket Ireland as the licensee of the tool cannot be held liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any specific actions taken by a club as a consequence of using the tool. The club assumes sole responsibility for results obtained from its use of the tool, and for conclusions drawn from such use.
  16. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes the liability of The Scottish Gymnastics Association for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  17. These terms and conditions are governed by Irish Law, with the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
  18. These terms and conditions should be accepted on behalf of the club by someone with the authority to do so.
  19. These terms and conditions must be accepted by you before use of the tool. If these terms and conditions are accepted on behalf of the club for use by all users, the club shall be responsible for use of the tool by users and any breach of these terms.
